Features
At Charvet Premier Ranges we are proud of our exclusive range of high quality cooking equipment, we have therefore listed below a variety of unique quality points we feel sets us apart from other manufacturers.
Charvet equipment is built by craftsmen in our factories in the French Alps located between Lyon and Grenoble.
Charvet is a family business, not part of a major conglomerate, and therefore we are much more involved with design and developments.
We can offer one-piece tops for modular suites, wall or island, or semi one-piece tops for island suites. Bespoke suites have Titanium incorporated within their tops.
All modular suites can be bolted together for form flowing lines or central island suites. Half module units can be used within the design so you can have exactly what you want where you want it.
Planchas and open burners can have water-flushing options
All burners have a constant pilot light to enable immediate lighting, unique open burner design protects the pilot flame and thermocouple from spillage. Burners lift off for easy cleaning.
Our two open sided salamander models, 600 and 800 are probably the most powerful in the world today, from switch on to use only takes about 30 seconds! When finished simply switch it back to pilot light, why get hot and waste gas when it’s not necessary!
Servicing is undertaken from the front control panel, there is no need to move a Charvet range out to get to the various components; this makes it easier, quicker and less costly. We recommend each appliance be fitted with an individual gas shut off valve
Spare parts have never been a problem with Charvet as nearly all parts are shared across the whole range, including bespoke. Spares are held at head office and can be dispatched for next day delivery if required.
Production time is approximately 6/7 weeks for modular and 12 weeks for bespoke from placement of order, this includes delivery. A 25% deposit required for modular and 50% for bespoke payable to our distributor who will place the order with us.
